Congratulations Wolverine Musicians!
The Vestaburg Community School Band program entertained the community on Tuesday May15th and then the lower elementary delighted us on Wednesday May 16th. Please join us in congratulating Mrs. Stephanie Smith on another brilliant year of music at Vestaburg and continue to support our many fine musicians and vocalists.
THE NEW WEBSITE LOOKS VERY SNAZZY, BUT I HAD TO SEARCH A BIT TO FIND THE LINK TO CHECK MY KID’S LUNCH ACCOUNTS AND WHEN I DID FIND IT, I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO FIND THAT IT DID NOT WORK (I GOT NOTHING BUT A BLANK SCREEN WHEN I CLICKED ON IT). CHECK YOUR GRADES ALSO APPEARS TO NOT BE LOADING. THE BACKGROUND GRAPHICS ARE THERE, BUT THERE IS JUST AN ERROR MESSAGE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE. WILL SCHOOL CLOSINGS & DELAYS BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE (HOPEFULLY IN A VERY OBVIOUS PLACE) SO I CAN QUICKLY DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT TO WAKE UP THE KIDS ON SNOWY OR FOGGY MORNINGS? ALSO A MORE ACCESSIBLE CALENDAR OF SCHOOL EVENTS WOULD BE NICE. I COULDN’T GET MY COMPUTER TO OPEN THE CALENDAR FILE. I AGREE THAT THE WEBSITE NEEDED UPDATING, BUT IN ITS CURRENT CONDITION I AM NOT FINDING IT VERY USEFUL.
